We are a working urban farm that models, promotes and educates about sustainable food systems, environmental stewardship, community development and access to good food for all.
BY CAR
From I-205 take the Foster Rd. Exit and head East. Go through the traffic light at SE 110/111th Ave. You will pass a large warehouse complex on left “Foster 205 Commerce Center.” Zenger farm is the next property on the left. Look for a red farmhouse with solar panels and a "Zenger Farm" sign hanging over the driveway. If you reach the traffic light at SE 122nd Ave. you have gone too far.
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Line 10 and Line 71 both stop a block away from the farm on Foster at 116th. Line 14 and the MAX Green Line will get you as far as Foster and 94th. From there you can catch the 10 eastbound at 94th and Foster or the 71 eastbound at 96th and Foster. Use Trimet Trip Planner to find the quickest route from your location.
By Bike
Follow either Foster Rd. (a busy four-lane highway with bike lanes) or the Springwater Corridor Trail toward the farm. If biking on the Springwater Trail heading east, you will want to continue along Foster Rd. from crossing near SE 110th Ave. (just east of I-205 underpass). If you do not want to ride on Foster Rd follow the Springwater Corridor to SE 122nd St. From there, proceed south on 122nd, turn right on Foster and turn right into the farm (you will see our sign next to the entrance and the solar-paneled farmhouse). The Springwater route is a nice option for cyclists -- all right turns.
You can also take the MAX Greenline to Foster Road and ride your bike east on Foster to the farm. For a less busy route, get off at the Harold and 92nd stop and ride east on Harold to 122nd. Turn right on 122nd, right on Foster and right into the farm.
