Zenger Farm Benefit Dinner
Gregory Gourdet serves inspired, modern cuisine as Executive Chef of Departure Restaurant. Jason French is the head chef and owner at Ned Ludd, an American Craft Kitchen and Elder Hall, a Gathering Space in Portland, Oregon.
This October, Gregory and Jason will return to Zenger Farm to collaborate on a three-course dinner benefiting our educational and food access programs.
Your ticket includes a three-course, fixed-menu dinner, including produce sourced directly from Zenger Farm, and wine. Arrive at 6:00 for wine and a tour of Zenger Farm. Dinner will be served at 7:00.
Your attendance supports Zenger Farm’s work to connect children and families with good, healthy food and where it comes from.
Appetizer: Squash hummus with spiced crackers
Soup: Sunshine Red Kabocha Squash Soup, Miso, Charred Brassicas, Smoked Peppers, Shiso
Entrée: Grilled Pork Neck, Fish Sauce & Maple Glazed Roots, Alliums, Bulbs
Main: Roasted Chicken Leg, braised Swiss chard stem with wild rice and kale stuffed Swiss chard, green jus
Dessert: Quince Poached in Coconut Milk, Cinnamon, Sticky Rice, Thai Chili
