You already know Rob from his previous role as Operations and Finance Director at Zenger Farm. He has been a part of the Zenger Farm team since 2015. Rob also holds leadership roles at Partners for a Hunger-Free Oregon and Social Justice Fund NW.
Colleen joins us with experience as an Executive Director and Development Director, most recently at ChickTech and Free Geek. Her skills include large-scale fundraising and event management, organizational development, and community building.
Both Colleen and Rob have a commitment to social justice work, as well as the skills and creativity to guide Zenger Farm forward. Their first day in their new roles is today, September 16th. The hiring process was a collaborative effort, led by a committee comprised of both staff and board representatives.
